How It All Started

Fresh out of university with a degree in international business, I was full of plans, until reality hit. While others launched into clear career paths, I felt lost. No tech background. No roadmap. Just questions.I took a desperate leap and applied for a business analyst role at a custom software company. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was hungry to learn.That decision changed everything. It threw me into the deep end of UX design and System Thinking. I realized that the best products weren’t built by writing the most code, but by understanding people first. From that moment on, I fell in love with the process of turning messy ideas into clean, working systems.

Where I Am Today

Over the past ten years, I’ve evolved from a designer into a Digital Product Architect. I learned to see digital solutions not as isolated pages, but as complete, interconnected ecosystems.
